SPIDERS
Treatment of spiders can be interior or exterior.

With internal treatments a residual contact insecticide is applied to ceilings, walls and other areas as instructed. This internal pyrethrin treatment should kill most insects crawling on it for up to 12 weeks. If temperature and humidity are low and spiders are not dying after treatment, it is possible that there is resistance to the insecticide in use.
If so, we would arrange to re-treat with a different insecticide.

With external treatment, a residual contact insecticide is applied to problem areas as instructed. As this treatment is exposed to the elements its potency becomes less effective quicker than the inside treatment.
This treatment does not come with a warranty. Instead, our technicians usually make an appointment to return and re-spray any webs that have been replaced within a couple of days after being removed.
The webs should have been removed within a week of treatment.

This is an add-on treatment. Spiders can often be found alive after having both internal and external walls treated. These spiders were living in the cavities inside window and door frames and hinges.
On request we will open windows and doors to treat these areas.
